Behind the Pen Name: The Heart of Lilly Rosen

Lilly Rosen is a mother, an advocate, and now, an author—writing under a pseudonym to protect the identity of her family. Her journey through the world of ADHD and bipolar disorder began not as a writer, but as a parent searching for help, understanding, and answers no one seemed to have.

Over the years, Lilly has navigated school meetings, specialists, social struggles, medications, meltdowns, and the emotional weight that comes with raising a neurodivergent child. Through it all, she learned how to advocate fiercely, love unconditionally, and build resilience—both for her child and for herself.

Her decision to write this book wasn’t easy. It meant revisiting painful memories, sharing her most vulnerable thoughts, and opening up about deeply personal experiences. But she knew that if her words could make even one parent feel less alone, it would be worth it.

💬 “This is not just my story. It’s the story of thousands of parents who are doing their best in the hardest of circumstances. I just had to be the one to tell it.” – Lilly

Today, Lilly continues to offer support and insight to parents across the world—quietly, privately, but powerfully—through her writing and her unwavering honesty.
